Requirements and Policies
1) Deposits:
- 90 Days > 50% paid
- 75 Days > 75% paid
- 60 days > 100% paid, plus $1000 cash security or credit card on file.
2) Dammages or missing items will be charged to the renter with full disclosure of reciepts for repairs or replacement items.
3) No Pets / No Smoking
4) Mature responsible adults ONLY.
