The grounds to this property are as beautiful as they are functional. Covered with weed barrier and crushed red rock, the 1000+ sqft split rail, fenced in
section of the yard makes for the perfect dog or play area. Also include in this fenced in section is a large wood shed stocked with over 10 cords of perfectly dried wood and kindling with an additional covered area for toy or gardening equipment storage.
In the rear of the home, this property boasts two large patio areas. One area (18' X 15') accommodates a 6 person Caldera hot tub with cleated post for robes and towels.
